Ann Marie Carmichael is a 200-hour RYT who has practiced various styles of yoga for over 9 years. Practice is her favorite way to stretch, strengthen, manage stress, and reconnect to self.
Ann Marie enjoys leading classes that pair active movement with moments of stillness, giving students the opportunity to play with the balance of energy and calm.
Off of the mat she likes to visit breweries with her friends and try new beers. The taproom is a perfect venue for her to share two of her passions with the Castle Island community!
