DIY Dessert: CAKE
Join Irvin Lin from Eat the Love and Melanie Duve for DIY Desserts, our quarterly home bakers' gathering. This month we are celebrating all things cake. Whip up your favorite 1-2-3, tres leches, german chocolate, or sacher torte (or any other cake), and join us for the afternoon. Not a baker but love cake?Come on down! Eaters are welcome to join.
As always. no competition. Just folks making, sharing, and enjoying good dessert. Kids welcome
The cake pictured was made for us by our dear friend Leah Rosenberg. She is a professional artist and baker; we put the photo here for inspiration and because that is one pretty cake. Yours can be just as cute or something more humble. We like all cakes!
