Transformational Breath® is a self-healing tool you can use yourself anywhere at any time and will help you manage those moments where everything may seem like a little too much.
This workshop will teach you a pattern of conscious breathing that is natural, safe and healthy which has been demonstrated to have many benefits, including increased energy, better immune response and increased ability to deal with stress in a healthy way.
This technique was developed by Dr. Judith Kravitz. It combines conscious breathing with other healing and spiritual techniques to make it a highly efficient and effective method.
This workshop will be delivered by Jessie Laute who; spassion, energy and loving support will provide the right elements for you to experience what is perfect for you at the time.
