* No outside food or beverages allowed
* Smoking is allowed on the Sky Deck
* Rain or shine, we will party on. Yacht is temperature controlled. In the case of extreme weather, the event will be cancelled and announced at the earliest possibility and refunds will be issued.
* Tickets can be transferred to another guest for the same event.
* Ticket sales are final.
