Menu will be as follows:
Hors doeuvres from 5:45-6:30p.m.
First Course: Bread and a mixed greens salad with balsamic dressing
Entrees (choose one):
Chicken picatta with a lemon caper sauce; sliced flatiron sirloin with a port wine sauce; vegetarian ravioli with a pesto cream sauce. All entrees will also include parslied red bliss potatoes and a seasonal vegetable.
Dessert: Lemonade cake with Strawberry Drizzle
