There are numerous variations of Ceviche from Mexico to Costa Rica and Coastal towns in Spain. The most famous Ceviche comes from Peru.
Join us as we explore some of these timeless classical Ceviches loved the world over.

This Class is BYOB. May we recommend a Prosecco, Dry white wine or Cold Sake.
