The Phantom Tollbooth
The Bedford Acting Group presents "The Phantom Tollbooth", based on the famous children's adventure novel and modern fairy tale. It tells the story of a bored young boy named Milo who unexpectedly receives a magic tollbooth one afternoon and, having nothing better to do, decides to drive through it in his toy car. The tollbooth transports him to a land called the Kingdom of Wisdom, where he has many adventures, and goes on a quest to rescue the princesses of the kingdom. The clever script will appeal to all ages, and our cast of 90 sixth graders will entertain all. Performances will be Friday, April 5, at 7 PM, Saturday, April 6 at 2 PM and 7 PM, and Sunday, April 6 at 2 PM. All seats are reserved, and tickets are $12 for adults and $10 for students and children.
