May Soundbath
Come relax and unwind as Sarah and Brent Reilly play an hour long improvised concert with shamanic drumming, crystal singing bowls, planetary gongs and chimes. You will experience stress relief, and physical and mental healing as well as have an opportunity to clear any energetic blockages.
Please wear comfortable clothes, and bring anything you will need to lay comfortably for an hour in savasana position such as a yoga mat, blankets, bolsters or an eye pillow
