Hank Shaw Author Dinner at Holeman and Finch Public House
Please join us as we welcome hunter, angler, gardener, and cook Hank Shaw to celebrate the release of his new book Pheasant, Quail, Cottontail: Upland Birds and Small Game from Field to Feast.
Executive chef Spencer Gomez will prepare a 4-course tasting inspired by Hank's new book. Tickets are $75 per person (excluding tax & gratuity) including a complimentary copy of Pheasant, Quail, Cottontail. Wine pairings will be available for $30.
Tickets are non-refundable.
