Winemaker Dinner
Come celebrate the bounty of life, food and the friendships forged around hearth and table when Don Corson of Camaraderie Cellars teams up with the resort's executive chef Dan Ratigan for a four course winemaker dinner on April 26. The menu features: Scallops Provençale, Soupe a l'oignon Gratinée, Local Greens Salad, Boeuf Bourguignon and a Theo's chocolate dessert each paired with Corson's award winning wines.
