Montclair Culinary Academy - Teen Cooking Club - Knife Skills & Creative Cooking ages 13-17
Teen Cooking Club has arrived in Upper Montclair! NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED.
Many teens and their friends are hooked on cooking shows, from Chopped to Master Chef and beyond!
The Chef/Instructors at MCA have designed a fabulous creative cooking event for your son or daughter who dreams of whipping up an spectacular meal good enough to compete with the best!
Proper knife skills and Misen Place are must haves before one can cook like a Chef. We will guide your son or daughter through the riggers of whart it means to work in a professional kitchen, with the perks of eating what they create.
Slicing, dicing, mincing, baton and julienne are just a few of the skills on the menu.
*Chicken Supreme
*Gremolata
*Hand Crafted Gratin
*Ratatouille
*Chocolate Souffle'
* Clubhouse Arnold Palmers or bottled water is included.
*All Cooking Club students will be invited to dine at our communal table.
This class is limited to a small group of 14. So don't delay!
