Chicks and Sticks Day Camp

Ages: 5-12 year olds

One Session: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

During this camp, Ruby Ranchers will get up close and personal with our chicks and view future chickens/ducks in an incubator. Each days children will take care of the chickens and hold the baby chicks (we will have chicks that are 6 weeks old, 1 week old, and one day old). We will also spend time each day tending to and harvesting our garden. Campers will also create some eggciting crafts each day to display to their family on their final day. Throughout the week we will get into teams and explore the nature trails. In our teams we will use sticks, branches and twigs to create outdoor obstacles and/or tents. Each team will use their imagination to build something that other kids can enjoy!
