Birchtree Catering Supper Club
We invite you to dine with us on May 30th at Philadelphia Distilling from 7:00-10:30pm. The evening will feature Birchtree's latest seasonal and local creations, and the distillery's perfect cocktail pairings. Birchtree Supper Clubs start with an interactive cocktail hour, followed by a one of a kind multi-course dinner with new seasonal, locally sourced dishes. Our chefs work on creating new dishes and reintroducing favorites that highlight spring's best local foods.
Philadelphia Distilling, known for Bluecoat Gin and Penn 1681 Vodka, was the first craft distillery to open since before Prohibition. They combines age-old craftsmanship with evolving modern techniques to create a unique portfolio of premium spirits that rely on the agricultural integrity of authentically sourced botanicals and the finest heritage equipment. Hand-hammered copper stills from the fifth-generation Forsyth family and wooden fermentation vessels from Hall-Woodford, an iconic Philadelphia-based family business using the building technique since 1854, are a key point of difference. Their new facility is available for rent for weddings and events!

FAQ's:
Q: Who attends Supper Club? A: Tickets are open to the public and anyone can attend! Seating is communal and conversation is where the real magic happens at Supper Club. We also invite the creators and collaborators of the event to dine with us at the table.
Q: What if I have dietary restrictions? A: Supper Club is 5-7 courses, usually featuring meat, seafood, and poultry within at least 3 of those. Special versions of dishes or substitutions can be previously arranged. Email us to confirm your needs! We focus on exceptional service at Supper Club, and the more information we have on who in your party has specific needs, the better we can accommodate.
Q: Do I have to pay in advance? A: Yes, purchasing your ticket in advance reserves your spot and ensures enough food is made to go around. Because we are prepping in advance, ticket sales are closed 12 hours before the event.
Q: Is there parking? A: The location for this specific Supper Club is accessible by public transportation and there will be street parking available. As always, we ask that you give yourself ample time to find parking and arrive to the dinner on time.
Q: Is there a dress code? A: We prefer dressy casual. There will be a professional photographer taking photos throughout the event.
