COURSE TOPIC: Feeling burn out? Perhaps youre frustrated at a lack of new patients and overall are unprofitable. Whether youre the owner of a dental practice or part of the dental team, this course will keep you up to date and make you aware of how much more you can do. Youll learn procedures, policies, and techniques to improve your practice which will impress your patients and improve their treatment.

THE SPEAKER: Dr. Kenneth N. Feiler, DMD, FAGD started his dental practice in 1979 as a solo general practitioner with a special interest in bonded composite cosmetic makeovers, morphing into a large group practice a year later and then as a cosmetic dentist developed a boutique cosmetic group practice in 1985. With the addition of orthodontics and surgery, it again developed into a large multi-specialty group. Feiler Dental Associates has had ten different offices located over the years in both NJ and NY, and presently is a multi-specialty, multi-location group practice, with 40 total staff employed, including 3 locations, 10 dentists and 6 hygienists all in northern NJ. He presently limits his personal practice to difficult and unusual cases, surgery, preventive dentistry and health, mentoring within his group and practice administration and development. Dr. Feiler has been an Accredited Member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD) for over 25 years. He has been an Invisalign Provider since its inception and is a member of the Academy of Laser Dentistry, Academy of General Dentistry and the American Society of Pediatric Dentistry. Among Dr. Feiler's other achievements are a fellowship from the Academy of General Dentistry and with a background in biochemistry and dental research, a fellowship at the National Institute of Dental Research in Bethesda, Maryland. This has expanded into founding and directing the New Jersey Health Professionals Development Institute (NJHPDI), which offers a variety of continuing education courses for dental professionals.
