Docktails & Oysters - A Luau Themed Fundraiser
Come in your Hawaiian shirt, grab one of our great cocktails and join us on the dock at Norm Bloom & Sons oyster farm in Norwalk.
Learn about our important oystering industry while slurping down clams and oyster fresh off the boat.
Enjoy the sounds of our ukulele trio while you savor our luau themed food including La Cochina Mojo roasted pork in mini tacos with pineapple salsa. Kings Hawaiian beef brisket sliders, gulf shrimp gazpacho shooters, smoked salmon on cucumber with smoked vidalia aioli chorizo and vegetable empanadas! Plus witness the blessing of the Sheffield Island ferry!
This event supports the Seaport Association and all it does.
