the Veteran's Spouse Project Presents: Made for You Expressive Arts Workshop
Made for You expressive arts workshop is where veterans' spouses have the opportunity to use mindfulness, music, movement, art, and writing to explore and share their experiences, feelings, and insights about war and those left behind and unseen. This is a supportive, creative environment in which connections to self and others are made, facilitated by Wendy Caldwell, expressive arts therapist and military spouse.
