Welcome to the 2nd Annual Appalachian AXEtravaganza!

This event is centered around the axe, one of the most important tools in human history. Collectors, makers, users, vendors and enthusiasts are all welcome! We have riverside workshops and green logs for trying out those new beauties.

Catawba River Campground is located 30 min East of Asheville, North Carolina. This 70 acre campground is located on the banks of the Catawba River and we have the entire place booked for the weekend! Check out their Facebook page for more information:

As always Catawba River Campground will light up the sky with their Saturday Night Bonfire! Bring your camping chairs and s'more makings.
