May 19th Farm to Table Dinner
This evening is set up to help showcase fresh products from local farms (within 100 miles) and from our own farm to help support the local food movement. Each dinner is prepared by a professional Chef. We would love to invite you to join our family at our farm for an amazing evening of food, wine, music, supporting local farms, and a beautiful atmosphere to just take a walk and enjoy the scenery.

You will have the opportunity to take a tour of our farm, enjoy some live music by local artists, wine tasting with wine from Aubrey Vineyards, and an amazing 5 course meal prepared by a professional Chef. Chef Sophia Chatfield is our Chef for the May dinner. You will also have the opportunity to watch her demonstrate how she prepared one of the entrees from that evenings dinner.

We are also so excited about the fact that each one of our Farm to Table Dinners will go to support a great cause. When purchasing your ticket, you have the option to select an amount that you would like to help support our cause for that evening. We typically support an actual organization, but for this dinner we would like to surprise a local family. This couple has taken on the life of fostering. They could be at a point in their life where they could be focusing on themselves, but they aren't. Their hearts are to help kids and they love on them well.  She has an organic garden and business that we purchase things from to sell at our Orchard and use in our dinners. We would love to surprise them as they have been partners of ours in this journey and I know would truly appreciate all of the help they can get. They have a 12 year old they have adopted and are fostering a baby they got at 2 weeks old and 2 other siblings that I'm guessing are about 3 -5 years old.

Our pianist for the evening is Jacob Filer. Jacob is home for the summer from Belmont University in Nashville. We are so excited to have Jacob back for another great evening!

Our Menu for the Evening:
Appetizer upon arrival will be individual Brie en Croute Bites with a fruit chutney along with other fresh fruits and local cheeses.
Second Course will be Local Market Greens Salad with Fresh Strawberries, Fried Pecans, Fig Balsamic Dressing & "Dirt Lover's Cheese" from Green Dirt Farms
Third Course will be French Onion Soup Gratinee with Green Dirt Farm's "Prairie Tomme"
Main Course will be Seared Wester Ross Salmon with Citrus Chimichurri with Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower AND
Grilled Heirloom Pork Rack Chop with Raspberry Chipotle Sauce and Hasselback Yukon Gold Potato
Dessert will be Deconstructed Raspberry Cheesecake with Fresh Berries

We will post & share more information about the local farms we purchase from for that evening.

Cost of Event:
$69/person + tax + tip (Donation amount to the organization will be separate) Ticket includes 5 course meal prepared by professional Chef, walk and tour our farm and garden area, and music throughout the evening by local artist. Reservations only. Tickets must be purchased in advance.

Wine Options (Aubrey Vineyards):
Wine Tasting Package: $10/person
(5 - 2 oz. pours of wines that are paired with each course)
Wine Pairing Package: $18/person pd at booking
(3 glasses of wine of your choice from the wine pairing)
Wine by the glass: $7-$9
We will also be adding some local beer options to our menu this season. We will be adding that information soon.

Arrive between 5:30-6pm. From time of arrival until 6:45pm enjoy appetizers in the courtyard, live music, tour the farm. Dinner will start at 7pm.

No, but ID will be required for purchase of any alcohol.

Will you have any options for vegetarians or vegans?
Sorry, this event is not a good choice for vegetarians, vegans, or gluten intolerant individuals. Since we are not a full service restaurant, this menu is set and we do not have the capacity to make appropriate substitutions to accommodate guests with these dietary restrictions.

Is there a dress code for this event?
No, but we do encourage you to dress accordingly if you are interested in taking a walking tour of our farm/garden. You may desire a jacket. We do have sidewalks and paths to the gardens, but will have to walk through some gravel.
