Hypnobirthing Group Course

Guided by Connie Lambeth, M. Ed, certified Leclaire Method Hypnobirthing Educator, and DONA trained Birth Doula.
Hypnobirthing Techniques encourage mindful pregnancy practices, a more relaxed birth experience, and often a shorter labor. Pax & Lux's Hypnobirthing Group Course includes six classes focusing on guided Hypnobirthing exercises, childbirth education, dream analysis, meditation, self-hypnosis, visualization, and comfort measures. All classes follow the individual needs of the families supported. Hypnobirthing is an excellent way for families to work through anxieties or past traumas to have a more relaxed and less painful birth experience.
Class 1 - Rational Thought Process & Acknowledging Fears
Class 2 - Meditation and Setting Goals
Class 3 - Dream Analysis and What Your Baby Means To You
Class 4 - Comfort Measures (Stages of labor and how touch, sound, and movement can help.)
Class 5 - Creating a Pregnancy Plan and Examining Cultural Childbirth Myths
Class 6 - Creating a Mindful Birth Plan

This course is ideal for families who live in rural areas without access to Hypnobirthing classes, families who would struggle to find childcare for older children, or families who would prefer to learn from the comfort of their own home.
This course is also ideal for active service military families who may be separated. Registration costs to this course may be donated to U.S. active service military and veteranas through VETTIX.
Hypnobirthing classes may also be eligible for Health Savings Accounts.
