Naked Yoga
Back by popular demand...Naked Yoga!
Lets start off the first weekend of the new year on a healthy and naughty note ;)
Yoga poses are easy for any level...I will be teaching the class.
Yoga class is around 30 - 40 minutes...but afterwards everyone usually hangs around in the heated pool and hot tub to relax their muscles.
It's a great way to learn yoga, try something new while meeting other members of the group in an intimate setting.
