WHBC Spring Beer Dinner
Come and join us for a six course tasting prepared by our resident cuisinier Patrick Arretche. This Spring themed dinner will consist of six small plates served with a 5 ounce pour of one of Wolf Hollow Brewing Company's great beers. Here's the Menu!
Petite Plat Charcuterie..One Bag Short Session IPA
Fresh House-Made Caesar Salad..Foothills Pils
Toasted Bruschetta w/Mozzarella....Wolf Hollow Amber
Tagliatelle Carbonara with Smoked Bacon.Pulpit Supply Brown Ale
Croque Monsieur Croissant.. Look Bock and Laugh
Quatre-Quarts Cake w/ Strawberries and Cream..Lock 9 AM Porter
The doors open at 6:00 PM for a beer "cocktail" hour and seating. Then at 7:00 PM the first course will be served. At the conclusion of the evening the bar will be open for pints and growler fills and you'll receive our souvenir sample glass to take home.
Come out for a great night and celebrate the union of great beer and great food!
