Heyday Farm Wine Maker Dinner featuring Eagle Harbor Wine Co.
This April, Chef Tad has invited local owner and winemaker of Eagle Harbor Wine Co., Emily Parsons, to join us for an evening of farm-to-table fare, community, and handcrafted wines.
$75.00 per person. Ticket includes wine tasting upon arrival, 3-course meal, tax and gratuity. Additional Eagle Harbor Co. wines will be available for purchase by the glass, bottle & case. All tickets are non refundable however they are transferable. In the event of a cancellation by the guest winemaker or the dinner in general, full purchase price shall be refunded.
From its opening in 2005, Eagle Harbor Wine Co. has grown to expand its production, complexity and variety of its wines. The wines are influenced by old world wine styles with a hands on artisanal feel. Emily Parsons runs all facets of the business from punch downs and crushes, winemaking and a commitment to the community. Their vineyards are in Eastern Washington in Red Mountain and Walla Walla AVA. The grapes produced are brought to Bainbridge to be fermented and aged. Parsons is wholly committed to the Bainbridge community, making superb quality, delicious wine, and honoring and furthering winemaking in Washington State.
The evening will begin in the barn with Emily pouring a tasting from the winery. After the tasting, you will be invited into the Farmhouse for a 3-course meal prepared by our Executive Chef, Tadao Mitsui.
