Fermented Pairings Series Vol. 2: Cheese and Beer
Join White Labs for an educational (and delicious) pairing of beer and local cheese. White Labs Asheville Education & Engagement Curator Jo Doyle and White Labs Kitchen & Taps Executive Chef Evan Timmons are teaming up with Sean Stanley an American Cheese Society Certified Cheese Professional® and cheesemaker at Looking Glass Creameryfor an hour and a half pairing session highlighting White Labs beers and cheeses made by hand in Western North Carolina. The trio will showcase award-winning cheeses from Looking Glass Creamery, accoutrements from White Labs Kitchen & Tap, and pair them with five White Labs beers.
