Spring Barrel Bash
We are pleased to announce our Spring Scenic City Supper Club  Spring Barrel Bash - featuring Nashvilles Bryan Lee Weaver, executive chef of Butcher & Bee and the upcoming Red Headed Stranger. Chef Weaver is known for creating distinctive, produce-driven cuisine that melds Mediterranean flavors and Israeli dishes with the bounty of Tennessee. In his latest venture, Red Headed Stranger, Chef Weaver will get back to his West Texas roots with breakfast tacos, queso, and plenty of brisket. Chef Weavers philosophy of creating honest to goodness food is highlighted through his dedication to authentic, high-quality dishes.

The event will take place on Sunday, April 22nd at the new Chattanooga Whiskey Riverfront Distillery, a vibrant and newly created venue that promises a spirited evening. Supper Clubbers will begin the evening with a cocktail hour and passed hors doeuvres before enjoying a bright and dynamic four-course meal  paired with cocktails, wine, and beer. Chef Weaver and Chef Niel will lead the collaborative menu with the help of Chef Nathan Flynt of 2 Sons Kitchen, Reed Trimble of The Meeting Place, Chef Michelle Wells of Events with Taste, and Bartender Matt Ballard of Main Street Meats. Together, the team will create a curated menu for a group of 150 guests to enjoy that will include an experimental batch flight tasting from Chattanooga Whiskey.

Tickets are $195 per person (including all drinks and food, gratuity,and a special distillery tour!). Welcome drinks and hors doeuvres will begin at 5:30pm, followed by supper at 7:00pm.
