Chinese Tea Workshop
From the forests of Yunnan to the tea rooms of Europe, from the Opium Wars to the American Revolution, Chinese tea has a complex history. Explore its fascinating story in a workshop led by Angie Lee of 1001 Plateaus and Linda Louie of Bana Tea Company. The session includes a tasting of rare, high-end teas. Members: $55. Non-Members: $65.
Class is held in the Ahmanson Classroom of the Brody Botanical Center. Visit any admission window for directions to the Botanical Circle for check-in at 8:45 a.m.
