Meals on Heels 2018
Join us for Meals on Heels 2018: a benefit to help support Meals on Wheels and the delivery of more than 1 million meals annually to our neighbors in need throughout the Twin Cities.
Meals on Heels attendees enjoy chef-selected menu tastings from more than a dozen amazing local restaurants! The price of the ticket also grants you entrance into the Swank Soles Competition for the most stylish or most creative men's and women's shoes as chosen by our distinguished judges and voted on by the audience.
Food & Drink:
Our Meals on Heels restaurants provide ample samples for your enjoyment throughout the evening, which is included in the ticket price. One drink ticket is included with general admission tickets. V.I.P tickets include complimentary beer and wine.
Shoes & Prizes:
Wear your best, favorite, or craziest shoes for a chance to be named the Grand Champion of Swank Soles! There is a men's and women's division and the Swank Soles Champions receive prize packages valued at over $300 each!
The food is complimentary, but don't forget to bring cash for our raffle. A suite of fantastic raffle packages will be up for grabs!
Tickets are $35 in advance or $40 at the door. A limited number of $75 V.I.P tickets are available and include a V.I.P. Swag Bag and entrance into an exclusive V.I.P.-only raffle for a prize package! About the cause:
100% of the proceeds from the event benefit Metro Meals on Wheels. Metro Meals on Wheels is the association of 32 Meals on Wheels programs in the Twin Cities metro area. With our program partners, we lead the effort to make sure people in our community receive the nutritious meals and the human connection they need to enable them live independently.
Meals on Wheels is a community-based service that provides fresh, nutritious meals delivered directly to the homes of seniors and individuals with disabilities throughout the Twin Cities. In addition to regularly providing healthy foods, caring volunteers provide social connection that helps clients to remain living independently in their own homes.
