Women & Hormones
Women and their hormones
This class is structured to give all women the knowledge of how their hormones work, where they are excreted from and what we can do to balance them. With an understanding we can tackle those days that seem a little under or overzealous. We will be talking about estrogen, progesterone, FSH, LH, prolactin, relaxin, inbin, testosterone and oxytocin. This information and understanding can be used to formulate herbal remedies to counteract your hormones spikes and imbalances.
We will be identifying anatomy and physiology for where hormones are stored and released, what anatomy is affected and some of the emotions explored when hormones take their own adventures. I will be introducing/connecting herbs to our hormone adventures and how to keep moving forward.
Shakira comes from a western medical background and is continuing her education and exploration in herbalism. As Shakira refines and develops her approach, womens health and understanding is a highlight in her careers. There really is not a boring moment in Shakiras life as she likes ot keep her mind churning to let the creativity flow!
