This is a small class of 8 people. You will learn how to make feta cheese at home at this class. We hold the class at Appel Cheese Farm on Northwest. We will be able to sample all of the cheeses they have while we make feta. This class is as hands on as you would like it to be. Looking forward to meeting you in all in person.
