MAGICIANS BOBBY TORKOVA, GREG HOFFMAN, TOM HASHIM AND TJ TANA PERFORM AT THE PARLOR OF MYSTERY IN LINDENHURST ON Sunday, April 22 at 7 PM
Award-winning magician leads a force of talented tricksters on April 22 at the Parlor of Mystery. In addition to mystifying magic and story-telling by Torkova, the show will feature mental magic by Greg Hoffman, close-up magic by Tom Hashim and modern presentation of classic effects by emcee TJ Tana. The fun starts at 7 PM at the South Shore Theatre Experience home of The Parlor of Mystery.
Bobby Torkova
Having a love of magic since the age of seven, Bobby Torkova has been pursing his dream ever since. The New York Post said he was, "Unquestionably among the best." Torkova has won numerous awards for his magic including the 2013 Merlin Award for Best Classical Magic from the International Magicians Society. A scholar of magic and its history, Torkova has acted as a magic consultant to off-Broadway productions and has been featured in the bestseller Magic for Dummies by David Pogue. In November 2017, Torkova's new one-man show, "A Hanky and a T-T-T-Top Hat" debuted in New York City at The ANDTheatre Company's Go Solo Festival.
Greg Hoffman
Greg is a mentalist will read your mind, know your choices and even predict your physical actions; making you feel hes climbed into your head. Does he have real powers or is he a trickster? Come and judge for yourself. But, when you come, be careful; dont think about things you want to keep secret, just in case.
Tom Hashim
Tom Hashim is a talented stage and close-up performer whose love of magic is unsurpassed. A full-time student of magic who also plays piano and guitar, Tom loves to perform at every opportunity, and everyone loves when he does. During intermission, Tom will show off some of his newest close-up magic.
TJ Tana
TJ Tana one of the founders of the Parlor of Mystery. TJ just finished a tour with the widely popular "Masters of Illusion" show and has performed in notable venues such as Harrahs Casino in Atlantic City and the NYCB Theatre at Westbury. Get ready to see magic only TJ can deliver.
The Parlor of Mystery's is one of many programs presented at the South Shore Theatre Experience, small black box theater with comfortable tiered seating for 40. The Parlor of Mystery is one of many productions that take place at the South Shore Theatre Experience ~ a non-profit organization that produces original works and theater classics as well as conducting acting classes & workshops. It's the perfect place to experience parlor and close-up magic.
Parlor of Mystery shows usually take place on the fourth Sunday of every month with different magicians performing different effects.
