Park Avenue
This sibling duo grew up in Minneapolis in an artistic household where they were constantly surrounded by a rich varity of musical influences. When they moved to Madison, they both began to focus on their writing and exploration of their own musicianship, which led them to come together and form Park Avenue, a folky-acoustic duo with influences from R&B, an edge of soft rock, and sweet, sweet harmonies. For this show, they are very excited to be joined by their father Paul Porter, a singer songwriter and lifelong musician based in Minneapolis, as well as their brother Christian Porter, a songwriter who lives in Milwaukee.
