Food Hub Follow-up: Taking The Next Steps
SC food system stakeholders convened in Columbia on March 5 and 6 to explore the functions, logistics, and financial viability of food hubs across the state. Now, its time to take the next steps!
The April 16 event will include:
o a recap of the previous meeting;
o a report from the SC team on lessons learned at the National Good o Food Network National Food Hub Conference;
updates from food system stakeholders
o visioning and asset mapping of food system infrastructure
o and....fun and games!
