napa valley lamb company's lambs are raised about 30 miles north of san francisco on the grounds of sonoma raceway. renowned lamb expert-owner don watson, a handful of expert peruvian sheepherders, and four great pyrenees herding dogs take a hands-on (and paws-on!) approach when it comes to caring for the roughly 3,000 sustainably raised sheep. for this special dinner, chef angelo will prepare a grand family-style meal featuring many preparations of dons famous lamb. a special selection of wines from robert craig winery will be paired with each course.
