Break out the chopsticks--and discover how quick and easy Chinese cooking can be. Our Chef /instructors will introduce you to authentic Chinese ingredients and share secrets for stir-frying in a wok.
You'll enjoy working alongside classmates as you practice making a savory filling and shaping dumplings, then steaming them to perfection.
Plus, you'll hone your knife skills while creating classic restaurant favorites, from Chicken Lo Mein to spicy Kung Pao Shrimp.
the evening wouldn't be complete without handmade, authentic fortune cookies-you write your own fortunes to place inside!
