A Day of Soulfulness Practice
What might be gained by liberating 'soul' from any unhelpful associations, and picking up the rich resonances of the concept and bringing them in to our Dharma practice?
What modern dis-eases of mind might be addressed by practising soulfully -
learning how to see in ways that bring more richness, beauty, and meaningfulness, and that open up our senses of sacredness?
Pre-requisites for this day long: a well established 'mindfulness of whole body' practice, a familiarity with the teachings of Insight Meditation, an interest in the theme and an open mind.
Catherine McGee
Catherine McGee has been teaching Insight Meditation at Gaia House and internationally since 1997. Her teaching emphasises embodiment and working with whatever hinders us from living our deepest knowing in the world. She is an advisor to One Earth Sangha and a long term student of the Diamond Approach.
