Don't Let Your Office Become The Office
April is Stress Awareness Month, and with that in mind Robert Mac--Comedy Central's national stand-up champion--is presenting "Don't Let Your Office Become The Office," a talk on using humor to reduce stress in the workplace (and beyond).
The presentation will cover stress reduction and other benefits of laughing, how and why laughter evolved in humans, and fun take-aways to add more laughs (and less stress) to your workday.
Proceeds from this 45-minute presentation will benefit The Lollipop Kids Foundation.
There will also be a reception with appetizers, a cash bar, and a post-presentation meet-and-greet.
