Jewelry Crimes, Awareness, & Safety Talk
GIA Alumni Association of Houston, AGS and WJA Houston present: Expert FBI Special Agent Mario Aguilar Jewelry Crimes, Awareness, & Safety Talk
Due to the nature of our business, we are often targets of jewelry crimes. FBI Special Agent Mario Aguilar will talk to us about the workings of some local and regional theft groups; e.g. the South American Theft Groups their techniques, and clues for targeting their victims. He will also talk about the O'Brien Roof Top Burglary Crew; as well as present several videos of robberies in the Houston/Dallas Metro areas. FBI Special Agent Mario Aguilar has learned quite a few lessons and security tips from his experiences. We look forward to him sharing these lessons and tips with us.
Join us at 6pm for the Mix & Mingle, networking at the Magnolia Hotel bar. They have a full bar with drinks and food.
The lecture will being at 7:15pm in the Library Room (2nd floor, next door to the lounge area).
