The Brick Kitchen
The Brick Kitchen presents 'Nature'.
An edible "exhibition" of food and ideas, set in the Project's environment of a bare-brick kitchen, in the heart of East London.
Ecology, Nativism, Foraging and Permaculture are all being explored.
Exhibition Sessions involve 5 courses of natural food, infusion and alcohol.
Ethically and sustainably sourced.
Sessions are discursive, communal, nourishing and inspirational.
The Brick Kitchen is a social food project, established to engage, nourish and inspire.
Evolutionary, Independent and Non-profit.
