How Do I Respond to a World in Crisis?
Feeling torn between avoiding world news or being glued night and day to your favorite news source? Feeling helpless and maybe hopeless about the state of the world? Not sure where to turn to make a positive difference in at least one situation? Then this is the workshop for you.
The workshop will teach practices for staying grounded in your heart while being present to your own suffering and the suffering of others. You will learn how to engage the troubling news that we hear in the media and find authentic motivation to act locally, nationally, or globally. Facilitated by Kay Sandberg and Carol Hwoschinsky
