Calling All Conflict Avoiders!
Do you find yourself unhappy with a situation, but just not knowing what to do about it? Are you afraid if you open your mouth you will only make things worse? How do you engage another with clarity and compassion to address your needs while also addressing the others needs? We will explore these and related issues using principles and skills of nonviolent communication grounded in an understanding of conflict resolution theory and practice. Facilitated by Anna Cassilly.
