Let's Celebrate- Susan and Special Olympics are Turning 50!

This is a celebration of life, connection, and inclusion and brings me great joy to unite others to be involved in something that contributes to the joy, opportunity, and satisfaction of others. As a Board member of Special Olympics CT, <SOCT> and a volunteer for several years, I believe in the mission of SOCT.

People of all ages and abilities have the internal desire to be included, respected and have success in reaching their goals. SOCT is a movement that transforms the lives of athletes and those around them by inspiring inclusion, understanding, and respect for people of all abilities. I have a profound love of people and an insatiable desire to do my part to make the world a better place by directly impacting (volunteering or financially contributing) or indirectly (bringing others and inspiring them to do their part) the lives of individuals and families.

To all who donate and/or purchase a ticket to attend this celebration, I sincerely thank you for your generosity and kindhearted spirit. I'm grateful for the friendships I have formed in the community. Your support of this initiative is the best birthday gift to celebrate my 50 years (and counting)!
