PLAYING WITH FIRE
The Playing with Fire BBQ short course will be hosted by Dr. Paul Kuber a meat scientist and livestock specialist with Washington State University Extension. Prior to joining WSU, Dr. Kuber developed and taught a BBQ science course, the first one of its kind in a University setting, at The Ohio State University.
The short-course will begin at 2 pm on May 17th and conclude the 19th in the afternoon.
