Like A Sponge: Genoise, Sponge & Roll Cakes Baking Class
Sponge cakes can be daunting, but they're a delightful and versatile skill to have in your baking repertoire. We'll be making a classic Victoria sponge, Polish wuzetka (chocolate sponge layered with cream and jam), a mousse-filled charlotte royale, and even a whimsically decorated joconde roll cake. Join Gretchen, our sponge cake guru, for an afternoon of whisking, folding, rolling, and devouring.
