WINEMAKER DINNER WITH ERIC RAILSBACK OF LIEU DIT WINERY
Jeff Kellogg--former Beverage Director of Quince & Cotogna (SFO)--is bringing one of the brightest stars in winemaking, Eric Railsback, to the Port City. Eric has spent his entire career in the wine industry: before becoming a full time winemaker he called the shots at Michael Mina's seminal restaurant, RN74--prior to that, he was the Sommelier at Restaurant Gordon Ramsey in Los Angeles. Since his time on the floors of some of the greatest restaurants he has focused his attention on vinification.
We are honored to host them for a special dinner featuring the wines of Lieu Dit: Loire Valley varietals grown in Santa Barbara.
The dinner will be held, Thursday, May 17th, 2018 at 6pm at Manna and will feature four courses and at least four wines.
