Fooling is a form of solo improvisation where each Fool enters the stage without a plan, script, prompt or routine and plays with whatever arises; completely open to the possibilities of each moment. Thoughts become stories, spontaneous characters emerge, raw feelings are danced and transformed, insight abounds. You may laugh, you may cry and for once the voices in your head will discover they are not alone.

Many Minds is a new Bristol based mental health charity that runs workshops and makes performance with people who have experienced mental ill health. Working with individuals to engage with their creativity, improve confidence, self-esteem and build social skills and networks.
