This short course offers an overview of architectural acoustics, using appropriate terminology and basic examples so that participants can address common design and remedial issues. Three major areas discussed are as follows: Sound Isolation (airborne & structureborne), HVAC Noise Control, and Acoustical Finish Treatments (sound absorbing materials)
