Join Chef Jan Zoleta Parker for her Boodle Fight debut in Seattle, WA at Cafe Barjot. She has teamed up with Cafe Barjot to offer a Filipino inspired experience. Zach Criss, from Cafe Barjot, has thoughtfully planned a drink menu to compliment dinner. This communal dinner will be enjoyed with your hands Boodle Fight style with food ornately designed on banana leaves. Through this dining experience, you will be immersed in Filipino Culture and taste the heritage of the Philippines. Chef Jan has kept true Filipino flavors pulling from Chinese and Spanish influence but has also incorporated techniques learn from her travels in Europe.
