Bread + Butter = Brioche!
Brioche, laden with butter and eggs and even more butter, is the king of breads. Rich but also inexplicably light, we'll learn how to make tasty hamburger buns from Poor Man's Brioche, plump loaves of sumptuous Rich Man's Brioche, and our own beloved Pumpkin Brioche. We'll even elevate our brioche into an elegant dessert with syrup and cream to make Baba au Rhum.
