Begin the afternoon with a tour of the trout farm and learn about Rushing Waters' sustainable fish farming practices.
President of Rushing Waters, Peter Fritsch will lead the group along the farm's beautiful forest and valleys at the edge of the Southern Kettle Moraine State Forest.
After the tour, we will be joined by Saxon Creamery and Central Waters Brewing.
Our dinner will feature Saxon artisan cheeses and will be paired with Central Waters Brewing Beer.
Ticket Includes:
Farm tour (weather permitting) 4:30 to 5pm
Reception Time - Lisa from Saxon Cheese will present Cheese 101. Dinner paired with beer and Anello from Central Waters will discuss the pairings.

Big Ed's Gouda Beer Cheese with Popcorn Garnish paired with Shine on Ale
Pretzel Crusted Trout Stuffed Jalapenos with Beer Ranch Sauce Featuring Big Ed's Gouda with Serrano Peppers, paired with Ouisconsing Red Ale
Beer Marinated Short Rib with Rosemary Asiago Whipped Mash, paired with Mudpuppy Porter
Apple & Apricot Crostata with a cheddar cheese crust, paired with Honey Blonde
