Dos vecinos. Extraños que no han intercambiado más que el saludo rutinario de la mañana todos los días en las escaleras. Esta vez, sin embargo, uno de ellos tiene mucho interés en hablar. Quiere hablar sobre la nueva ley que le da a los ciudadanos el poder de entregar a cualquier persona que crean que es un extranjero indocumentado. Y espera que el otro lo escuche. Y que sea su amigo.

Two neighbors. Strangers who've exchanged nothing but the rote morning greeting in passing every day on the stairs. This time, however, one of them really wants to talk. He wants to talk about that new law giving citizens the power to turn in any person they believe to be an undocumented foreigner. And he expects the other to listen. And to be his friend.
