Montclair Culinary Academy - Culinary Summer Camp - Australia and British Baking age 7-17
MCA's Culinary Camp Adventures for August kick off with the 'Land Down Under"! Australia, New Zealand and British baking is a large part of this culinary experience.
Your Jr. Chef's will create original Aussie Hand Pies, Fairy Bread, Lamintation, and Kangaroo candy, British Scones, Tea cakes, Bites and cream and many other specialty desserts!
each day will take us from Sydney to the British Isles, Ireland and the Emerald coast.
*Lunch and snacks are included each day. Comfortable clothing, sneakers, NO FLIP FLOPS OR OPEN SHOES WILL BE PERMITTED IN THE KITCHEN. No cellphones permitted in our kitchen
*August 13th - 17th
*9AM - 1:30PM MONDAY-FRIDAY ONLY (NO PARTIAL WEEKS)
*DROP OFF/PICK UP ONLY
*Early Registration/ Sibling discounts are not available
